What can homebuyers expect when working with a lender to secure a loan? Today I’m joined by Saul Kittelson of Prime Lending to answer that question.

Saul has been in the mortgage industry for five years, and for each client he works with, he creates a unique game plan that corresponds with their financial goals and also educates them on the mortgage process so they don’t feel overwhelmed.

“I’m a game plan guy,” he says. “I want to get with you, know what your goals are, and then we’re going to set up your specific home buying game plan from the mortgage end.”

"Interest rates are completely market-driven, so lenders like Saul are always forecasting where they’ll be."

For every client who is willing and able, Saul meets with them face to face in his office to set expectations. For big companies like Prime Lending, who do their underwriting in-house, the process is very streamlined and detailed.

Interest rates are completely market-driven, so lenders like Saul are always forecasting where they’ll be and monitoring what’s happening with both domestic and international markets.

“The home buying experience should be fun and enjoyable, and we try to make sure that’s the case by having the financing end taken care of for you.”

If you have any more questions about the lending process or about mortgage rates, you can give Saul a call at (816) 883-3029.

As always, if you have any more real estate questions, don’t hesitate to call or email me. I’d love to help you.
