Now that we’re about a month into life under a stay-at-home order, I’ve been hearing more potential sellers ask whether now is the right time to put their home on the market. Inventory
remains very low, while online buyer activity has only increased. Different folks have different comfort levels, and this health crisis has highlighted that; some folks don’t want a single person entering their homes, while others feel comfortable allowing
an agent to come film a video walk-through if it’ll help them sell—neither approach is wrong. No matter where you stand, you can still prepare for when the dust settles. Start fixing up the things you know will have to be addressed at some point before
